OKC Sliders

$20.00

It’s officially Spring, and that means baseball season! This year, Oklahoma City’s minor league team, the Oklahoma City Baseball Club, is undergoing a name change. As they prepare to release the new identity, we thought it would be fun to release a set of quirky, alternative names of our own.

Oklahoma is known for burgers. We may not have invented them, but Okie ingenuity has fine tuned the burger. As home to multiple beloved burger chains including Sonic and Braum’s and birthplace of the onion burger, no one does burgers better. Oklahoma is second only to Texas in number of cows and Oklahoma is regularly ranked as a top city for best hamburgers. This design is a play on words for a baseball move that is also the name of a small burger. In honor of our unofficial state meal, we bring you the Sliders!

This is a pre-order. Orders will close on May 12 and shirts will be ready to ship/pick up on or before May 20.

All shirts are printed by hand right here at Curbside Apparel - a nonprofit social enterprise providing supportive employment and on-the-job training to people experiencing and transitioning out of homelessness. All proceeds from sales support our employment and case management programs.

This shirt is printed on American Apparel three-quarter sleeve tees. 4.6 oz, 60/40 ringspun cotton and recycled polyester blend. If for whatever reason this shirt is no longer in stock when pre-orders close, we will print on the closest style and color available.
